SUBSTITUTION POLICY
At times, substitutions may be necessary to create your order due to the availability of certain flowers. This may be due to seasonal or product availability. We will take care to maintain the style, theme and color choice of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of gift items may be necessary due to demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements , such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another flower color.

PRIVACY  POLICY
If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we will request contact information be provided including your name, e-mail and street mailing address to complete your transaction. This information is not shared with any other agency or business and is solely used to fill your floral order. We promise to protect your privacy  and information

Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.
