Our Quality Guarantee We strive to always have the highest quality product available to our clients. We do this by personally selecting the flowers three times a week. We look for products that are fresh, unique in color or variety, and have a long lasting ability. Each stem of flowers then goes through a preparation process to ensure it will last. Generally this process includes preparing clean buckets with the proper amount of flower food — water solution. Before placing the flowers in buckets, any foliage is removed from the stems that would be below the water line. Each stem is then cut under water at an angle. The flowers stand outside of the cooler for a minimum of four hours to allow them to drink. Flowers are placed in a cooler that is maintained between 35-40 degrees. To ensure bacterial growth cannot damage the flowers, the water in each bucket is changed every few days and the cooler is completely cleaned inside and out twice a week.
