 We do not have regularly scheduled hours on Saturdays as we are often setting up for special events such as weddings or parties. As a result we are available in the studio only by appointment on Saturdays. However the phone is monitored continually and orders will be accepted and delivered on Saturdays. if we do not answer and you leave a message it will be answered promptly.

We may be available by phone outside of our regular business hours, but if we don't answer please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.  We are closed on Sundays to enjoy some quiet family time. We are also closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labor Day and Remembrance Day. Each year we close for one week for a family and staff holiday, this will be announced on our website so you will understand when we don't answer your calls or emails.

We are open on Thanksgiving, Good Friday and Mother's Day for reduced hours, 9a.m. - 3:00 p.m.To ensure on-time delivery during busy holiday seasons, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the holiday. This includes the following major celebrations: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after this time may be delivered the following day. We will do our best to offer deliveries at specific times, but we cannot guarantee this is always possible.  Deliveries requested for Sundays will be done on the next business day.
